County Assessor
Clark County Assessors office determines the assessments that taxpayers owe.  The Assessor's website also has a document image center which includes sketches of buildings and recorded maps.  If a deed results in a change of taxpayer the deed is probably available for download from this website for free.
County Treasurer
The Clark County Treasurer is an elected official who oversees the billing, collection, and distribution of taxes on all real properties in Clark County, as well as special assessments in unincorporated Clark County. Additionally, the Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the receipt and disbursement of County revenues and for administering banking and investment services.
County Recorder
The Recorder's Office preserves public records and provides access to those records.  The Recorder's Office charges fees for recording and providing copies of recorded documents.
Recorded documents may include marriage licenses, records of divorce, and real property and land documents.
